The client for this assignment was BS Toys, a children’s store that supplies toys B2B (business-to-business). BS Toys delivers toys worldwide, serving more than 20 different countries. Therefore, it was important that the toy was easily understandable across various languages. What’s also fascinating about BS Toys is that they design 20-30 new products per year, handling not only the product design but also the illustrations, manuals, and packaging themselves. This inspired me to do the same as much as possible. For this project, we were given the choice of several categories, and I ultimately chose one related to fine motor skills. I wanted to design a product that stimulates both a child’s creativity and their fine motor skills.
