For this project, we were tasked with creating packaging for what we call ‘forgotten vegetables’ in the Netherlands. I chose to design sustainable packaging for a particular forgotten vegetable – beetroot. In doing so, I carefully considered material selection, printing techniques, and design to create an eco-friendly and visually appealing package.
